Similar to except it has a maple leaf on its back cover. Similar to except it doesn't have text on its back cover. Recorded on Eddy Offord's Mobile equipment in England, during the late summer and autumn of 1974. Mixed at Advision. The inner part of the Gatefold could be inverted to the front. Issued with a printed inner lyrics-sleeve. The runouts are etched except the "0" is stamped.
