Treasure Tunes is an online vintage vinyl record store operated by 17191421 Canada Inc. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Treasure Tunes and 17191421 Canada Inc.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced in these Terms, describe your rights and responsibilities when you visit treasuretunes.com, browse our store, purchase products, request returns, communicate with us, or otherwise use our website, products, services, content, features, tools, and related services.

Treasure Tunes is powered by Shopify, which enables us to operate our online store and provide our services to you.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully. They include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as orders, payments, shipping, returns, product condition, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Section 2 — Our Products

Treasure Tunes sells vinyl records and related music items. Many of our products are used, vintage, collectible, out-of-print, or one-of-a-kind items. Each product is individually listed and described based on the information available to us at the time of listing.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product titles, descriptions, photos, prices, condition details, and availability information. However, product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and other information may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

Colors, images, and product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to your device, display settings, lighting, photography, or other factors.

Because many of our products are used or vintage, they may show normal signs of age, handling, storage, or use. This may include, depending on the listed condition, jacket wear, ring wear, seam wear, corner wear, light marks, scuffs, spindle marks, writing, stickers, labels, price tags, surface noise, or other age-related wear.

We grade used and vintage vinyl records using commonly recognized vinyl grading standards, including the Goldmine Standard where applicable. Grading used vinyl can involve reasonable subjectivity, and playback may vary depending on your turntable, stylus, tracking force, speakers, and overall setup.

Sealed vintage records may still show age-related wear to the outer shrink wrap or jacket, including shrink wear, corner wear, ring wear, stickers, price tags, or signs of storage and age. Because sealed vintage records cannot be inspected internally without opening them, we cannot guarantee the condition of the internal contents unless otherwise stated.

If you believe an item was significantly misgraded, damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly not as described, please contact us at contact@treasuretunes.com so we can review the issue and work with you to make it right in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product, limit quantities, correct errors, or cancel orders where necessary.

Section 3 — Third-Party Brands, Artists, Labels, and Trademarks

Our product listings may reference artist names, album titles, record labels, catalog numbers, trademarks, logos, or other third-party identifiers. These references are used only to identify and describe the specific vinyl records or music-related items being sold.

Treasure Tunes is an independent retailer and reseller of used, vintage, collectible, and music-related items. Unless clearly stated otherwise, Treasure Tunes is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, certified by, or officially connected with any artist, record label, brand, manufacturer, rights holder, or other third party referenced in our listings.

All third-party names, trademarks, logos, album artwork, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Section 4 — Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance, process your payment, and begin preparing your order for fulfillment.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, product unavailability, pricing errors, listing errors, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or other issues affecting the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method where required.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been accepted or fulfilled, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation or change requests.

If we need to contact you about your order, we may use the email address, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided at checkout.

Your purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for lawful personal, household, collecting, or gift purposes and not for unauthorized resale, fraud, illegal export, or unlawful activity.

Section 5 — Prices, Taxes, and Billing

Prices, discounts, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, unless there is an obvious error or issue requiring correction.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, handling charges, customs duties, import charges, brokerage fees, or other charges that may apply to your order.

Taxes, shipping, and any applicable charges will be shown at checkout where available. For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges may apply depending on the destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout or in our Shipping Policy.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, billing, and account information for all purchases made through our website.

You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that you will pay all charges incurred in connection with your order, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees shown at checkout.

Payment card information is processed by our payment service providers. Treasure Tunes does not directly store full payment card numbers.

Section 6 — Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options, rates, delivery estimates, handling times, and available destinations are described in our Shipping Policy and at checkout where applicable.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping and delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, incorrect addresses, remote delivery locations, or other events outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or events outside our reasonable control. However, if your order is delayed, lost, damaged in transit, or appears to have a delivery issue, please contact us at contact@treasuretunes.com so we can review the issue and assist where possible.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We may not be able to replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, except where required by applicable law.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for complying with local import rules and regulations. Customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import charges, or other fees may apply depending on the destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout or in our Shipping Policy.

Section 7 — Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

We offer 30-day returns on eligible orders. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@treasuretunes.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

For eligible returns from Canada and the United States, we will provide a return label where applicable. For returns from outside Canada and the United States, customers are responsible for arranging and purchasing their own return shipping label, except where otherwise required by applicable law or otherwise agreed by Treasure Tunes in writing.

Because many of our records are unique, vintage, or one-of-a-kind items, we usually cannot offer direct exchanges for the same item. The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item, if eligible, and place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds are issued in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Section 8 — Promotions, Discounts, and Gift Cards

We may offer promotions, discounts, coupon codes, sales, bundles, free shipping offers, or other promotional offers from time to time.

Promotions may be subject to additional terms, limitations, exclusions, minimum order values, expiration dates, or other conditions. If there is a conflict between the terms of a promotion and these Terms of Service, the promotion terms will apply to that promotion.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Gift cards, if offered, are subject to any additional terms provided at the time of purchase or use.

Treasure Tunes names, logos, product names, service names, designs, slogans, and branding are trademarks or trade names of Treasure Tunes or 17191421 Canada Inc. You may not use these without our prior written permission.

Shopify’s name, logo, product names, service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans referenced on our website are the property of their respective owners.

Section 10 — Optional Tools and Third-Party Services

We may provide you with access to tools, apps, integrations, payment services, shipping services, review tools, embedded media, or other features offered by third parties.

We do not control all third-party tools and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, or performance. Your use of third-party tools may be subject to the third party’s own terms, privacy policies, and practices.

Treasure Tunes is powered by Shopify, which enables us to operate our online store and provide our services to you.

However, any sales and purchases you make through our store are made directly with Treasure Tunes, operated by 17191421 Canada Inc. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Treasure Tunes, including product descriptions, fulfillment, returns, refunds, customer service, delivery issues, or any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services.

By using our website and services, you acknowledge that Shopify provides the ecommerce platform and related services, but Treasure Tunes is the merchant responsible for selling products to you.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify may collect and process personal information about your access to and use of our website and services in order to provide, protect, and improve Shopify’s services and our store.

If your order is cancelled after payment due to an error, unavailability, or other issue, we will issue a refund to your original payment method where required.
