Treasure Tunes ships vinyl records from Ontario, Canada. We carefully pack all records in protective vinyl record mailers or suitable reinforced packaging to help prevent damage during transit.

Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 0-1 business days after payment is received.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are based on the shipping destination and order value. Available shipping options, delivery estimates, and shipping costs will be shown at checkout before payment.

International Shipping
We may offer international shipping to select countries outside Canada and the United States.
If your country is available at checkout, the available shipping options, delivery estimates, and costs will be shown before payment.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Canada
For orders shipped within Canada, applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout where required.
United States
For orders shipped to the United States, we ship Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) where applicable. This means that applicable duties and import processing charges, if any, are handled before delivery as part of the shipping process.
U.S. customers should not be charged additional duties on delivery unless otherwise stated at checkout or unless charges arise due to circumstances outside our control, such as incorrect address information, unusual carrier handling, or government/customs changes.
United Kingdom
For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, customs duties, import VAT, brokerage fees, or other import-related charges may apply depending on the order value, product type, and applicable UK customs rules.
Unless duties, taxes, or import charges are specifically shown as included at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the carrier, customs authority, or delivery provider before or upon delivery.
Treasure Tunes is not responsible for delays, additional fees, or failed delivery caused by customs processing, unpaid import charges, incorrect address information, or government/customs changes.
Other International Destinations
For orders shipped outside Canada and the United States, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, or other charges may be applied by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Treasure Tunes is not responsible for delays caused by customs, border processing, or local import procedures.
Shipping Carriers
We may ship using Canada Post, USPS, UPS, Purolator, Intelcom, Chit Chats, Stallion Express, or other postal/courier partners depending on the destination and service selected.
The carrier used for your order may vary based on shipping address, package size, service availability, and cost.
Tracking
Tracking will be provided where available. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow time for tracking scans to update after the package has been handed to the carrier. Some carriers may not show tracking updates immediately after drop-off or pickup.
Vinyl Record Packaging
We pack vinyl records carefully for shipping. Orders are typically shipped using protective vinyl record mailers, cardboard stiffeners, padding, or similar packaging materials suitable for vinyl records.
For larger orders, records may be packed together in a larger box or reinforced mailer.
Delivery Issues
Please contact us at contact@treasuretunes.com if your order appears delayed, lost, damaged in transit, or marked as delivered but not received.
If your package arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the package and item condition so we can review the issue.
We will review delivery issues and work with you to make it right where possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
If an order is returned to us because the customer provided an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
For orders shipped outside Canada and the United States, some carriers may not return undeliverable packages to us and may instead mark them as abandoned, non-returnable, or dispose of them according to the carrier’s policy.
If a package is not returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided at checkout, we may be unable to issue a refund or replacement, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Returns
Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
For eligible returns from Canada and the United States, we will provide a return label where applicable. For returns from outside Canada and the United States, customers are responsible for arranging and purchasing their own return shipping label, except where otherwise required by applicable law or otherwise agreed by Treasure Tunes in writing.
