Shipping Policy

Treasure Tunes ships vinyl records from Ontario, Canada. We carefully pack all records in protective vinyl record mailers to help prevent damage during transit.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are based on the shipping destination and order value. Available shipping options will be shown at checkout before payment.

Canada

We offer standard shipping within Canada.

International Shipping

We may offer international shipping to select countries outside Canada and the United States.

If your country is available at checkout, shipping options and costs will be shown before payment. If no shipping option is available for your country at checkout, we are not currently able to complete orders to that destination through our website.

International delivery times vary by destination, carrier, customs processing, and local postal service conditions.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For orders shipped to the United States, we ship Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) where applicable. This means applicable duties and import processing are handled before delivery, so U.S. customers should not be charged additional duties on delivery.

For orders shipped within Canada, applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout where required.

For orders shipped outside Canada and the United States, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, or other charges may be applied by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Treasure Tunes is not responsible for delays caused by customs, border processing, or local import procedures.

Shipping Carriers

We may ship using Canada Post, USPS, UPS, Purolator, Intelcom, Chit Chats, Stallion Express, or other postal/courier partners depending on the destination and service selected.

The carrier used for your order may vary based on shipping address, package size, service availability, and cost.

Tracking

Tracking will be provided where available. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow time for tracking scans to update after the package has been handed to the carrier.

Vinyl Record Packaging

We pack vinyl records carefully for shipping. Orders are typically shipped using protective vinyl record mailers, cardboard stiffeners, padding, or similar packaging materials appropriate for records.

For larger orders, records may be packed together in a larger box or reinforced mailer.

Delivery Issues

Please contact us at contact@treasuretunes.com if your order appears delayed, lost, damaged in transit, or marked as delivered but not received.

If your package arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the package and item condition so we can review the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
