Do you sell used or new records?
Most of our records are used, vintage, collectible, or one-of-a-kind. We may also sell sealed or new records when available.
Each record is individually graded, photographed, graded, and described so you know what to expect before ordering.
Are used records cleaned before shipping?
Yes. All used records are cleaned using ultrasonic record-cleaning equipment before they are listed or shipped.Ultrasonic cleaning helps remove dust, residue, and debris from the grooves, giving each used record a cleaner surface before it reaches you. It cannot repair scratches, groove wear, warping, pressing flaws, or damage from previous handling.
How are records graded?
Used and vintage records are graded using the Goldmine Standard grading system, one of the most commonly used grading systems for vinyl records.
Common grades include Mint, Near Mint, Very Good Plus, Very Good, Good Plus, Good, Fair, and Poor. When needed, the vinyl and sleeve are graded separately. Learn more
What do NM, VG+, VG, and G+ mean?
Mint means the record is brand new or sealed vintage stock
NM / Near Mint means the record is extremely clean with little to no visible wear.
VG+ / Very Good Plus means the record has been well cared for, with light signs of handling or play.
VG / Very Good means the record has more visible wear and may have some surface noise, especially in quieter sections.
G+ / Good Plus means the record shows heavier wear but is still listed because it is playable, collectible, or difficult to find.
How are records packed?
Every order is packed with care. Records are shipped in a protective cardboard vinyl mailer with reinforced corners.
For used records, the disc is removed from the outer jacket and placed in a protective archival inner sleeve. The jacket and record are then placed together inside a resealable protective outer sleeve before being packed securely for transit. This helps protect the record while reducing the risk of seam splits during shipping.
How much is shipping?
Shipping within Canada is $9.99 CAD.
Shipping to the United States is $9.99 USD.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 0–1 business days after payment is received.
Estimated delivery times are:
Canada: 2–5 business days
United States: 3–7 business days
United Kingdom: 5–8 business days

Do U.S. customers pay duties or tariffs on delivery?
For orders shipped to the United States, we ship Delivery Duty Paid where applicable. This means applicable duties and import processing charges, if any, are handled before delivery as part of the shipping process.
U.S. customers should not be charged additional duties on delivery unless otherwise stated at checkout or unless charges arise due to circumstances outside our control.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We offer 30-day returns on eligible orders shipped to Canada and the United States.
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective eligible products. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, with all included materials and accessories where applicable.
Please contact us before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Do you provide return labels?
For eligible returns from Canada and the United States, we provide a free return shipping label.
If your return is accepted, we will send return instructions and a downloadable, printable return label.
Do you charge restocking fees?
No. We do not charge any restocking fees.
